Information on returns and refunds

Our return policy provides a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Additional items excluded from returns: Gift cards; any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons other than our error; or any item returned more than 14 days from the delivery date.
