Every rider and every project has unique needs. Whether you're looking for the lightest weight for the track, maximum structural strength, or a unique, standout aesthetic, choosing the right carbon fiber weave and material is crucial. We use only the highest-quality yarns and resins to ensure the highest standards.

OUR PLOT:

Plain 3k

The Plain 3k weave features a 1:1 symmetrical weave, similar to a checkerboard. It's the quintessential traditional choice.

TWILL 3K

The Twill weave features a 2:2 weave that creates the characteristic 45° parallel diagonal line pattern.

TWILL 12K

Compared to the 3K Twill, the 12K Twill uses much wider carbon fiber bundles (12,000 carbon filaments per strand). The result is a significantly amplified macro-woven texture.

FORGED

It's not a woven weave, but rather short carbon fibers mixed with resin and then vacuum-molded. Components made with this weave have a chaotic, marbled finish that makes each piece unique and impossible to replicate.

HEXAGONAL

An advanced technical fabric in which the interweaving of the filaments reproduces a precise hexagonal honeycomb structure. The aesthetics of the components are futuristic, geometric with a high-tech and premium custom appearance.

 

ANATOMY OF OUR COMPONENTS: Internal structure and aesthetic layer

For maximum transparency towards our customers and to clarify the world of composites, we would like to specify that the texture variants listed above (Plain, Twill, Forged, etc.) refer only to the visible surface layer of the component.

All of our components are made from 100% real carbon fiber, without using fiberglass, plastic or other cheap fill materials. However, the internal layers - not visible when the piece is assembled - are laminated using specific structural and reinforcing carbon fiber fabrics. This differentiated stratification is a fundamental technical choice: it allows us to calibrate the thickness, flexibility or rigidity of each component based on the mechanical stress zone of the motorbike and the type of processing necessary, guaranteeing a very light, safe and structurally flawless final piece.

 

SURFACE FINISH

Glossy finish

Treated with high solid anti-UV clear coat. Under the sunlight, it maximizes the depth of the fiber, the reflections and the three-dimensional weave of the carbon.

Matte finish

Satin finish, anti-reflective and extremely sober. It gives the component a pure, technical and minimal racing look, perfect for recalling the details of the official competition motorbikes.
